Our Big White is composed of varietals coming together from our Northern and Southern Okanagan vineyards. Each grape was chosen for their specific flavour and structure, creating a well balanced, light-bodied, zesty wine with crisp, lively acidity. Aromas of citrus, peach, pear and honeysuckle meet notes of apple and lemon on the palate for a beautiful, elegant & lingering finish.
