A light ale with hints of vanilla and blueberry, the Babe Blueberry Vanilla is a sure pleaser. Lowkey and mellow, this is a great beer to sip on a hot summer day.
A nice bright, fresh tasting session IPA. Very floral, very fruity. Lots of citrus. Quite bitter (more bitter, I find, than their standard IPA), light mouthfeel, unobtrusive carbonation.
Brewed to 4.1%, this tawny-colored premium ale borrows sweet raisin, biscuit and dried-fruit notes from the Crystal malt, while fresh, piney herbs emanate from the hops. Rich, smooth and elegant on the palate, it draws to a clean, satisfying finish with beautifully balanced bitterness.
The Glutenberg blonde is a gluten-free ale made from millet. Floral hops, white pepper and lemon zest aromas gives it a beautiful and charming nose. The mouth bursts with white flowers, citrus and spicy flavors.
A pale golden light bodied and sweet easy drinking ale with a touch of honey flavor. If the beer list has you a bit overwhelmed, this is a great place to start.
A light and sweet straw colored blonde ale with just a kiss of hop character, this clean and refreshing beer is perfect for the patio any time of year.
Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavor – a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and our special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish.
Newcastle Brown Ale (4.7% ABV) is full-bodied and smooth, showing restrained caramel and notes of bananas and dried fruit. Curiously, it is rarely seen on draught in the UK, where tradition demands it is served in a half-pint schooner to be regularly topped up from the bottle.
Man Crush is still an orange forward juice bomb, a bright and crisp mimosa without the champagne, as light and refreshing as you remember. Crisp, clean, bright, orange, citrus. Light body (made for crushing), lightly hopped, simple malt bill with an orange twist to finish.
Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. The Aroma Hops added late in the boil contribute clean fresh floral notes.
Ales tend to have a fruity flavor profile with a sweeter taste and a fuller-body. They also tend to be darker and have a cloudier appearance. They have a higher alcohol content, more robust flavor, more bitterness, and a stronger hop flavor
