Made from a blend of rich Zinfandel, smooth Merlot, flavourful Syrah and bold Cabernet Sauvignon, Apothic Red offers flavours of black cherry and rhubarb together with notes of mocha, vanilla and spice. It is medium- to full-bodied on the palate with soft tannins leading to a smooth finish. A wine made for pasta.
